Ledston Equine Centre has excellent riding facilities, including a 210 ft x 96 ft indoor school with a seating gallery for 400, a 10-furlong all-weather gallop, and small cross country jumps, all of which are available for private hire or for events. A number of lectures and practical courses for horse owners are planned for the autumn and winter months.
Horses are accepted for rest or rehabilitation following injury, and can be cared for if necessary, by the two equine veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurse who are on-site.
Janet Ellis Physiotherapy will be moving into the centre in the near future and bookings for clinics at Ledston can now be made on 01757 229549.
Surgical shoeing clinics will be held at L.E.C. by Graham Harland.
L.E.C. also offers a livery service, which includes the use of all facilities including the indoor school and all-weather gallops.
Livery rates per week are: Full £72, Part £58, Grass £20.
